Eyedrop Campaign

At Age Concern Fuengirola Mijas & Benalmadena we like to support community projects so this month we had the opportunity to help Alan Boardman and his wife Jenny with their Eyedrop Campaign taking vital supplies to the Gambia where there is an acute need for spectacles of all kinds.

What a fantastic achieved has been made OVER 3000 articles donated to EYEDROP! from the local community, Alan said “It’s a brilliant result, beyond our wildest dreams when we came up with the idea! Jenny and I want to say a heartfelt THANK YOU on behalf of the needy in The Gambia, to whom all your donations will be given when we fly there next month” We wish them a safe trip and look forward to the photographs
