Age Concern Fuengirola, Mijas & Benalmadena operates a welfare service for English speaking older adults in the local community, as well as their families, friends, carers and professionals. Our team of volunteers provide information that's reliable and up to date and help you access the advice you need.

Our helpline provides information & advice on a wide range of issues, we provide support tailored to your needs whether that be over the phone, by email or through signposting to our comprehensive website or information outlet at our charity shop in Los Boliches.

Accompaniment and Transport

We provide a range of services to help ease life for Over 50s residents in our area.

Transport to Essential Services (Doctors, Hospital, Government Offices, etc.)
Help apply for UK & Spanish Welfare System
Companion service to get to hospital or doctor's appointment
Home Service provides support with hospital discharge following a hospital stay.
Mobility Equipment Loan Service provides simple aids to daily living to support independence.

Socialising for mental wellness

The aim of our Wellbeing Services is to help promote healthy living and to improve physical and emotional wellbeing. The services we provide are aimed at getting people out and about and taking part in sports and companionship activities. .
