Charity Swim

Simon Williams owner of the Caribbean Bar, took to the open waters on Tuesday 5th September. The 2 kilometer sea swim in aid of two local community charities started at Santorini Restaurant, Torreblanca to Carvajal. This was not the first time Simon has been spotted swimming along the Fuengirola coastline for a good cause.

Simon said “The conditions for the swim couldn’t have been better, the support from sponsors has been amazing and now we have a great event to look forward to on Saturday. It is a privilege to raise money for our local community. I have once again been overwhelmed by people’s generosity and would like to thank everyone.”

This year’s swim forms part of the Caribbean Bar Carvajal’s, Super Charity Event which will take place on the 9th September from 14:00.

The event is being supported by local artists such as the Costa Sol Singers, Laura Elen, The Disclaimers with the promise of fun and games as well as a fantastic BBQ for supporters to enjoy.
